Literally “the grandmother’s house”, Dar Ya is a luxurious inn built in the middle of the 19th century. It is located at the dead end of the Quarry, near the streets Dar El Jeld and Pacha and a hundred meters from the Kasbah square and Zitouna Mosque.
Restored during the years 2013 and 2014, it is currently composed, on the first floor, of a reception with luggage room, 5 spacious rooms and a suite, a large covered patio, 4 toilets and 3 common showers.

On the second floor, there are 8 rooms with 3 shared bathrooms and 2 showers, a breakfast room, a meeting room, a TV room and a fully equipped community kitchen.

On the second floor, you will have the chance to enjoy a huge terrace with a breathtaking view of the medina, ideal for resting, reading and surfing the web.

WIFI connection is available and free of charge in the whole hostel.
